How it works

To join the queue, clients using their smartphones to scan a QR code with a link to the electronic queue web application. Then they are able to select the required service, enter their phone number, get e-queue ticket and waits for their turn.

The QR code can be placed on static banners, flyers or on any interactive media, such as TV, tablet, etc.

While waiting user tracks their queue on the smartphone browser screen via web application or via Telegram bot. If necessary, SMS notifications is additionally supported.

Offer your visitors comfort and convenience — no longer necessary to be in a branch, office, or service point. Customers can freely leave on their own business or wait in any convenient place. Using a smartphone, customers receive notifications with the current status of their queue and know what time to arrive.

Ticket's management

For working with tickets we offer our web application, which runs in any popular browser on a PC or tablet, and also a specialized Android application for smartphones.

You are able to call clients for service, reassign employees to other workplaces, call them again, pause and end service.
